Current Openings

  • The IT Specialist provides support for GVH’s software, hardware, and support to GVH users. This position will interact with all hospital staff, and providers, therefore, it is vital that the IT Specialist is pleasant, easy to work with, and is willing to build rapport within the hospital. This position will also act as an advocate for hospital programs and adheres’ to the hospital Mission, Vision, Values and Motto of “The Patient is First in All We Do”.

  • The dietary department has a vital role in preparing meals for the hospital to help ensure that we exceed our patient’s expectations; attention to detail is critical to this position. Along with preparing patient meals this position is responsible for preparing all dietary needs for daycare facility and hospital meetings.

Immunizations

We protect our patients, coworkers, and community by requiring all employees to be immunized according to CDC standards. All employees, including those not involved with patient care, must receive the following vaccinations:

  • MMR
  • Tdap
  • Varicella
  • 2-step TB
  • Annual Influenza
  • Hepatitis B for some jobs

Limited exemptions may be made for documented medical contraindications or religious beliefs that object to vaccinations.

Licensure and Certification

To ensure competency of our caregivers, professional licensure and certification may be required. Licenses must be current and must enable providers to practice within the state of Utah. Proof of required licensure or certification must be obtained prior to employee's start date.
