Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilators for patients with respiratory conditions.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct assessments to determine the effectiveness of treatments and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Education: Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and the management of their conditions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Valid Respiratory Therapist license.
• Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
