Ryan Eddins-Olsen’s goal is to assist his clients to connect and understand the best version of themselves and create a new vision for their path forward in life. He uses a variety of modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to treat such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, addiction, sexual reactivity, dissociation identity disorders, life transitions, couples and families. Ryan works closely with all family practitioners to help his patients receive full-body care.
